After-Sales Terms

  1. Inspection and Notification
Customers must inspect the product promptly and report any visible damage, missing parts or specification discrepancies within 48 hours of receipt. If no visible issue is reported during this period, the product will be considered accepted in respect of matters reasonably discoverable upon inspection. This does not exclude any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
  2. Confirmed Design and Dimensions
Once the customer has confirmed the drawings, design, dimensions, colour and configuration, an after-sales request cannot be made solely because the completed product differs from the customer’s personal expectations or imagination, provided it conforms to the confirmed specifications.
  3. Outstanding Final Balance
All payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule. Where the final balance remains overdue, the company may suspend non-urgent after-sales arrangements until payment is received. Customers may not unilaterally withhold an agreed final balance because an after-sales matter is being assessed or processed, subject to applicable law.
  4. Approved After-Sales Expenses
Where the company confirms that an issue falls within its after-sales responsibility, reasonable and pre-approved costs required to resolve the confirmed issue will be borne by the company. Customers will not be charged additional fees for an approved remedy.
  5. Customer-Caused Damage
The company is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, impact, overloading, moisture exposure, improper care, unauthorised modification, relocation or any other act attributable to the customer or a third party engaged by the customer.
  6. Logistics-Related Damage
Customers must retain the packaging and provide clear photographs or videos of any suspected transit damage. The company will provide the relevant logistics contact details and reasonable supporting information to assist with a claim. Responsibility will be assessed according to the applicable contract and law; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
  7. Evidence Required for Assessment
Every after-sales request must include the order information, a clear description of the issue, full-view photographs and close-up photographs or videos. The company may request additional evidence reasonably required to identify the cause and determine an appropriate remedy.
  8. No Unauthorised Repairs or Alterations
Customers must not dismantle, repair, drill, repaint, modify or engage a third party to alter the affected area before the company completes its assessment. Additional damage caused by an unauthorised repair or modification will not be covered.
  9. Reasonable Remedy
After verifying a valid claim, the company may provide an appropriate remedy such as repair, adjustment or replacement of the affected component. A complete product replacement or refund will not automatically apply where the issue can reasonably be resolved through another lawful remedy.
